Hi everyone ???? I bought 2 plates, for me and my fiancé. Firecracker chicken and honey chicken. Food was not ok, rice was... completely overcooked, texture was way to softy. Rice have to be Al?dente no purée like mashed potato. Probably someone?s can?tcook rice or they not selling a lot of food and rice staying too long in rice cooker. Chicken was hard to bite. To be honest, Iate way more better Pick up Stix than this one. Even people working here don?t care about job. No forks in bag, no napkins, theyput my food to go, I ordered EAT IN. I will give them another chance, because everyone deserve for second chance. Place wasclean because was empty so nobody make it messy. For now barely two stars ???? Read more

*Update* After giving them a year to sort out their issues I tried to order from their website directly. Once again, second... order in a row, they left out an entire item so I once again didn't get to eat with my family. Dont order more than 1 thing ifyou want to eat dinner the night you order it. I am very disappointed with their customer service skills. I placed my orderonline and picked it up. Once I got home I found out that I was shorted my beef meal. I called the restaurant and asked totalk to the manager. After 15 min on hold I hung up and called back and was put on hold for 2 more minutes before I could evensay 1 word. When I called back again and asked to not be put on hold because I can't listen to the recording after hearing it750 times and would rather listen to the counter. The phone was passed to Erica who said she wasn't the Manger but was incharge and would ask that they refund me in 3 business days for the beef meal. No offer to deliver the food or even apologizedfor leaving it out. I understand mistakes can happen but when they add all the mis-steps in this one order experience it showsthat either nobody at this location has pride in doing their job well and/or were never properly trained which is a failure ofmanagement. It was up until recently that I was one of their best customers. They had a good thing going. I use a wheelchair and for me... curbside pickup was a blessing until they discontinued doing that. So today it took me over 4 hours trying to get an order fromthem on their 2 for $15 special. There website is so confusing and difficult to use it drives me insane. The worst part was thatI called the store for help at least 4 times and they could do nothing over the phone for me just listened while they werehelpless due to strict company rules regarding the special they were advertising. Trying to upload my payment method was insane.I ended up opening up a can of Campbell? s soup after all that. THE OWNERS NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM OR I BELIEVE THERE?S goingto be a lot of lost business ahead. They will be ok as long as people are able to walk in and pick up their orders but there?s alot of us baby boomers out there that aren?t all that tech savvy nor able to get around real well. We depend on delivery so muchnow and the pandemic proved that. Watch out Pick up Stix, somebody is going to start picking up your baby boomers like me andthen some. I recently had an unacceptable encounter at the Anaheim Hills location. Last night I got home and discovered there was chicken... instead of tofu, I'm vegetarian so I ended up having to just make my own dinner since it was past closing time. Not great, butthese things happen... Then today I decided to drive the food back to the store to see if I could get the meal I paid for.Should have been an easy situation where they just replaced my food with what I bought and paid for the night before. Instead Iwas told I had ordered the dish wrong and that they would do nothing to help. I was shocked. This is literally the order I havesaved on the app and place it the same way every time without incident. The worker was very rude and said I was being stubbornand refused to help me even after I showed her the receipt that said "with tofu." I asked if I could speak to the manger and shesaid she was the manger?? Her name was Ariana I believe. I have never experienced such terrible and unhelpful customer servicein my life. At no point did she apologize for the confusion and refused to help in any way. For something that should have beenso easy, I can't believe how upsetting it was. Read more

The food at all Pick Up Stix is very good. Honestly , my Emotional intelligence was off one day and I need to remember we are... all human and that?s good for me to recognize. I initially gave a rating that reflected me, not the business.... I?ll be back..... it?s a great feeling! Read more

Worst expierience in years. Manager has no customer service skills. I walked in 3/20/21 at 5:56 pm & placed my order & then sat... there until 6:30 before asking where my food was & explained i watched 17 people come in & out with their food. All the managersaid is that they are busy. After another 10 mintutes i requested a refund & she didnt even attempt to offer a discount or myfood then lied when i asked if they forgot to make my order. 45 mintues of wasted time & now a long time customer will never goback. This was, hands down,, the worst food I have ever ordered! The honey shrimp tasted like the shells were still intacked. The... chicken and vegetables were thrown away due to the smell and to top it off, did not receive the chow mein we ordered. Weshould have walked out after witnessing customers walking back in for the food the didn't receive when the arrived home. This place could really use a lot of soap and a good scrub!!!
