While this is for the soft opening, before reorganisation. I understand soft openings are trying, however, we ordered and were... told 21-31 minutes. Arrived to pick up our dinner at about 30 minutes, and told it wasn't ready, 10 more minutes, then 10 more,then 10 more... took the grandkids to McDonalds and came back, still want ready. All in all, total time from order placed untilwe got the food, just under 2 hours. Could not check the order before accepting, due to COVID. So just came home with the food.Nothing was right, items were missing, and a can of Coke for the drink in the combo. Our chicken had no seasonings or sauce onit, except 1 order which should've been bone-in but were tenders, which were called with dry rub. There was no toast or ricewith the combos, as listed. Worst of all, the prices, I could go anywhere and get the same meal for half the price. Wingstopacross the street. We were expecting phenomenal food for the prices, 2 piece meal for $15.50 I think it was. Read more
