I ordered large fries, and this is what I get..seriously..
Today I called and spoke with Rosa the manager who was extremely rude and unwilling to give me a refund. I ordered a spicy... famous bowl with extra cheese and gravy but received a regular bowl with regular cheese and no gravy. I explained to her I couldnot go back because this location is far from my house and I was going to reorder my food. Rosa said she did not care and if Iwanted my money back I would have to drive back there tonight with the receipt and bowl. I would have no problem doing that if Ididn?t live far and it wasn?t so late. She said she could not refund me the next day with out the bowl even when I told her Iwill literally take the bowl and show it to her tomorrow. She was careless and said she doesn?t care if I reach out to corporateto resolve this issue. Read more
compared to other KFC restaurants this place has gone downhill and the really suck. When you finally get you food the food is... good but you as a person is much older. Other KFC restaurants will let you buy thighs only when ordering chicken only, but thesestore employees don?t know how to count past six pieces. The employees here are the most ugliest bunch of people I have everseen hovering over chicken. Who ever bought this franchise need to sell it and sell taco on the streets. Read more
Usually decent, but today I went and one of the hot wings i got was absolutely raw. It was still cluckin. Absolutely disgusted.... I could tell because it was soggy and the spicy dressing wasnt cooked. It was also dumped in the container with tons of oil. Read more
I bought a bucket of chicken for six people in the Drive-Thru got three napkins in the bag so I had to park and run inside to... ask for more the worker handed over two more then I asked her can you please give me more this ain't enough so she hands me twomore I said there are six people this is not enough can you give me more she has me two more the reason I needed more is becausewe were traveling and we literally had nothing to wipe our hands with this greasy chicken we were about to eat so another workercomes and says I'm sorry that's all the napkins were allowed to give that's what our boss orders and I said well where is yourboss she's in the back do you want to speak with her and I said absolutely so the worker goes to the back not sure if sheactually talk to the boss back there but very quickly she came back out handed at me a little stack of napkins and I said Thankyou and walked away now my complaint is that I spent $40 on a bucket of chicken what was so hard about giving adequate amount ofnapkins to a paying customer other than that I have nothing else to say except pettiness doesn't pay especially when we'realready paying ridiculous amounts for what we're buying. Besides the normal good food here, their NEW French fries are the best. I hope they are around for a while. And I love the... fact that I can get half gallon or a gallon of their teas and lemonade. So convenient. The sweet tea is the best. Read more

Great food, very nice employees and they prepare the order fast
