The ladies at the front end and the male by the pickup are very courteous. I went to this Jamba 4 different times over the... course of a week. Each smoothie was consistently delicious. Lots of people working efficiently in this tiny kitchen. I like tospin their colorful light display while waiting, even though I'm an adult, I still like to entertain my inner child. The gotcha matcha was literally filled with ice. A small for over $6 and it was ice???!!!!!! Rip off!!!
The world's most perfect smoothie
Went right at open, they told us card only, we asked the girl if gift cards are okay and with an attitude she told us yes only... to yell out a minute later that no, you actually can?t use gift cards. We still decided to purchase. While waiting on our itemswe watched one female employee go unlock the exit door with her gloves on then go back into the kitchen, pour a smoothie, putthe lid on said smoothie touching all over the lid, then take a rag out of a bucket under the sink, wipe all over her arms andgloves then toss the rag back into the bucket. After this she yet again didn?t change her gloves and touched smoothie lidsincluding ours. To top it all off the smoothie was very bland and either didn?t have all the ingredients or got the measurementswrong. Somehow this location does not show up when you want to place an online order. Perhaps because it is located in Downtown Disney?... When I visited in October, the location was not allowing customers inside, so you could not place an order. This issue aside,smoothies are great on hot days! Read more
Meh Service is always just OK. I've had some instances when the employees are busy gossiping with one another when there's a... long wait. They're always busy which is definitely understandable. If you head over to this location before the park opens orwithin the first hour of park opening, expect an even longer wait. I've noticed they offer extended hours on days there aremarathons. Drinks are just your typical Jamba Juice drinks, nothing special. Don't expect to use any Groupon vouchers orcoupons at this location, they don't accept them. Luckily they do honor the birthday special as long as you have this particularlocation saved. Read more
