Dealt with the young lady by the name of Erica Serna she was so rude I literally came back after I had an online order because... they forgot something, I was even going to order something in addition cuz I felt bad going through the drive-thru for somethingthat they forgot to put in the bag and this young lady was so rude to me so rude condescending absolutely unprofessional hertone her attitude her body language or all sarcastic I didn't think it's really unfortunate for this establishment to havesomebody like her working on a busy Sunday morning completely disappointed in my experience today and I really hope that when Ireturn to this place I don't have to deal with Erica Serna ever again Read more

The food was good. It wasn't too pricey. It was the first time I've ever gone to jack in the box. The cashier was very... knowledgeable and helpful. I even forgot my phone and made it all the way back to hotel before I realized I had forgotten it. The staff was very kind and had found my phone and kept it safe. Read more

My first time coming here was a delight. Ive only heard things about it and decided to give it a try. I got one of the late... night munchie boxes. For $6 it's a steal. I got a chicken sandwich one night and a grilled cheese burger the other. Both weregreat. I also got two tacos along with more than enough fries. I loved all of it. Food normal as any other Jack. The drive tru service is good. BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO CLEAN THAT SODA FOUNTAIN. I got an Orange... drink that had some dark things that looked like mold. If it would had being a coke no one had notice it. Read more
Friendly staff, great portions and taste! Concierge service was unexpected but appreciated when dining in the restaurant.... Pictures show the meal and size of burger. Great job, looking forward to recommending this spot! Atmosphere is what is to beexpected of a fast food restaurant, seating isn't the comfiest just enough for a quick bite. Read more
