About once a month, a group of us (Reired USPS) meet here for lunch. This week was the first ime we went on a Monday. It... seemed like the "B" team was working, slow service, less than juicy burgers, and an overall sense of "so what". Not really abig deal as most places have the same issues on Mondays. We expect more, afterall we spent our working careers providing goodcustomer service in all conditions. It's definitely time to find another place to meet. Read more

Super cool, islands has been the #1 in high end burgers since my 1st time in 1992...

I ordered a hamburger dry (no dressing) with an order of fries for my mom at the take out window. After a 30 minute wait to get... the food, I went to my moms and found the burger was plain (no lettuce, no tomato, no onions) and the fries were over cooked. Icalled to let the manager know that I was not happy with my order, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then someone hung up thephone. Update: I called back, the manager made good by crediting my account. Read more

Came for lunch it was a busy. Service was good, the Hawaiian burger was great and needed plenty of napkins. The fries are really... good and the spinage dip was tasty. Nice tropical trees and plants surrounding the restaurant and surfing playing on tv's. Read more
