I've eaten here before and never had issues as I did this time. They were not as busy as they normally would be. We order two... plates of the lunch katsu chicken and one with the fish. As I'm eating the macaroni salad I noticed red on my rice and when Icut into it, it was under cooked chicken, nice and crispy in the outside but undercooked in the inside. My husband's fish platewas also undercooked and my children's chicken as well. That tells me that their oil is too hot amd is not cooking properly thefood. We showed this kindly to the girl at the register and she raised her voice and said ; what you want me to do? I told herI'd like for at least this to be cooked, I cannot eat undercooked chicken, she then said we are too backed up to re-cook yourfood. Lord help you because your lack of respect would had had you smacked, but I don't waste my time with ignorant individuals. They did not refund my money or fixed my food, nor they had drink dispenser flavors available. Eveything about this experience was okay... the teriyaki chicken had a lot of fat on it. The salad bed was soggy. The mac salad... was fishy. The service was okay: the lady taking our order was competent but did not spend an extra second to make sure we goteverything we needed. All covid barriers are still up, all employees are masked, and dine-in food comes out in to-go containers.Not a single employee walked through the restaurant. They all stayed behind the counter.
