Very inconsistent with regard to being open. They seem to close whenever, never post when they are closed. What is the problem,... poor management, lack of supplies, employees not working? Non existent service, no need to try anymore. I have shared this infowith neighbors and friends so they can make other plans. The other fast food choice in the same parking lot never has thisproblem. This location has constantly been a disappointment...in my last 4 visits using the drive thru wait time from entering the line... has been 45 min + The dining room is usually closed so you'll only have a drive thru option. I?ve been ordering through the Mobile app for many months and the cashiers always seem to be upset about something. Today I... ordered ahead of time, arrived at the restaurant when it said it was ready only for the door to be locked. I knocked for about 2minutes but everyone just looked then looked away. Eventually I had to get into a very long drive through line. I?m still inright now but I?m sure by the time I get my food it will be cold. Will not be using the app or ordering from this store again.Thanks for the horrible experience el polo loco off Santa Ana Canyon. Ugh - they messed our order again. My wife's "double chicken avocado salad" was about 1/3 of a normal order. We give up. After... eating there every other week for years, never again. About 1/3 of the time they get the order wrong. Example, double chickenavocado salad once they completely forgot the chicken! Discovered when we got home. Numerous other errors.
