We ordered a 3 topping 2 medium pizzas. We forgot to add the third topping. We placed the order 3:58 PM on sunday. My wife... called at 4:01 PM 3 minutes later to add a third topping and they said it was too late because the pizza was in the oven. I wentover to the store at 4:11 pm and spoke to Clifton the manager and asked to a side of olives as a third topping. He said that hewas unable to do that and the only topping he is able to provide is a side of jalapenos for an additional charge. I didn't askhim to make new pizzas and I was requesting a side of olives to account for the 3rd topping. To me this is unreasonable and Itold clifton that we literally called 2 minute's after to add the topping and he was like "oh no it was 4 minutes and there isnothing I can do" very unprofessional and unreasonable. Delivery is regularly 2 to 3 hours on the weekends and Pizza arrives cold inevitably. Don?t believe the commercials, they don?t... have ovens in their cars. Read more
Imagine you arrived to an office Pizza party about 2 hours late. The pizza taste like cardboard, right? So, we ordered our pizza... delivered (paid $7 delivery and $5 tip, so I wasn?t cheap!) at 6:30pm last Saturday and it arrived @ 9:07 pm. Funny thing, theyhave an app and it shows the steps an order goes through. There is a quality check period after the pizza is out of the oven,and ours took 35 minutes. Then it went for delivery, where it sat in the guys car for more than an hour before he dropped it onour door steps. The pizza was horrible and this was first and last order from Dominos. Ughhh? I ordered my pizza online for take-out which was easy to do. The pizza was ready when I arrived. They didn't offer packaged... parmesan or red pepper flakes ???????????? which I didn't like. Domino's has an absolutely great app for your cell phone. You can order, seamlessly, your favorite order anytime you want. They... then bring it out just like promised. This process is so efficient and so simple. It is stunning. I give them 5 stars! Read more
