Ordered a slam with 6 egg whites and a side of toast. I got 2 eggs and no butter for my dry toast. Unfortunate visit. Called to... get a refund and was asked to drive back 20 minutes for a refund. Asked to speak to a manager twice and was put on hold for 26minutes until I gave up. Read more
Been here many times but this time service and food were not a 5 star rating which I would typically rate this place. I went 3... times on this particular trip and each time my food was cold (dining in the restaurant and ordering for take-out I received coldfood) I placed one order for a pick up and when I got there I gave my name and that I was waiting for a pick up. My food saton the counter for 20-30 minutes before my order was handed to me. (My name was never called and the bag was just placedbehind the register. There were also several other people waiting a bit of time for very small orders.) Hopefully the Dennys atthis location gets their staffing issues together so I can give a 5 stars next time I return. This is our 3rd time visiting Disneyland this year and 3rd time at this Denny's and we'll keep coming back. The service is... friendly and quick and the food is great diner food. Not only does the staff do an amazing job of getting people in and outquickly to make it into the park at opening, they offer enhancements to breakfast, including cheese, onions, avocado, etc. Theavocado is fresh and such a large serving! One of the individuals who has been so stand out is Janet U. We were so happy to seeher this time and so glad she was our server this morning. Thanks for doing a great job keeping good talent.
