I ALWAYS GET VERY ATTENTIVE, PATIENT, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM EVERYTEAM MEMBER & ON EVERY VISIT, EVEN IF THEY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY. The customer service was terrible. When you ask questions their attitude is rude or they just say the will be back with an... answer and never come back (happened twice). They only allow customers to use one of the two bathrooms because they keep thesecond for staff only, yet they won?t take the time to buzz you in. The bathroom was also dirty and not well maintained. Idefinitely recommend finding somewhere else to eat where they take better care of their facilities and treat you with respect. Read more
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!! New review Unfortunately even after a year they still are not a good Del Taco. I ordered the chili... cheese fries extremely easy you put fries in a box with chili and cheese on it how can you screw that up? Well I'll tell you howyou give me stale fries lukewarm chili and cold cheese.. are you kidding me? Absolutely terrible. Avoid this place head to thenext Del Taco down the 91... Old review Took 20 min for 3 people in line. They couldn't stop chatting wkmith each other to takean order or make the food fast. Then when it was wrong and they had to ring me back up, of course it was MY fault for nottelling then at the speaker box I waited at for 5 min before even being asked what I wanted that I had a coupon on my phone. Ihave NEVER been told I have to tell them at the speaker nor does the app... just admit your wrong when you are and work dontgab... would give zero stars if I could.... food sucked anyway. I was here in the drive thru on a Wednesday night at around 10:15pm and I ordered the number one combo and for some reason I... didn?t get my 3 tacos included with my drink and fries instead I got a burrito that didn?t even look appealing to me and I wasvery angry that I had to wait for almost 5 minutes in the drive thru it?s ridiculous I had to wait and still my order was wrong?? And to finish it off the girl that gave me my order was just surprised like she has never seen a human being before. This location deals with a lot of "stragglers" we'll say, I myself included. Yet they've never denied me the use of their... restroom or told me that I've been sitting in their location too long and their food is always fast and fresh. Anytime I haveto deal with a worker, even though the 4 stragglers before me have made them super irritated and stressed, they still choose totreat me like an individual. Love this location. Read more
