I love the concept of the Cozy Cone, but the food I've had there has only been so-so at best. The seasonal Vanilla Vodka-Orange... Slush has been the best thing I've had there so far. It was good, but very sweet and had a little bit of a weird taste to itthat after drinking it for a bit became too much. The drink is quite big and could be shared. I couldn't taste any vodka in itat all. I also tried the Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese cone. The mac and cheese isn't very good, tastes more like bad velveeta cheesewith way too much bacon. I like bacon, but this wasn't a very good bacon taste and I couldn't finish eating it. I was lookingforward to trying it and was really disappointed in the taste. Mobile ordering here is confusing compared to other restaurantsat DCA and Disneyland. You're told your order is ready, but you still have to wait in a very long line to pick up your order. Itdoesn't save any time or make it more convenient to place a mobile order. Read more

Nothing cozy about this place today July 13th, staff very rude about placing a mobile order? maybe put up a sign? Staff also... rude about which line is order and which line is pick up. There is no sign which is which, the churro has an opposite pick upfrom the ice cream cone place. I went to pick up at the churro place went to the right side, my app said food ready. Mean whilea line formed on the left 3 people. By the time the lady looks out window she yells at me to get in the line for pick up?so Ihave to go get behind the people who got there after me. I check to see am I crazy, does it say pick up line and it does notanywhere. There is a linked chain and who would think to care which side to walk up when there was no line to begin with!! Cozy Cone Motel is so CUTE! Its an exact replica of the motel in the movie, I love it! They even have different characters... parked out front (I saw Lightning Mcqueen and Mater) to take pictures with. But be prepared to wait in a long line as with anyphoto ops offered at Disney. The cars actually do move as well so they will drive away and another character will come out forpics. As for the food, I believe there were 5 different Cozy Cone's each with different offerings. Keep in mind that you canONLY order from cone #5 or through the disney app - at least thats how they had it set up when my family and I went. We waitedin line at the Cozy Cone Motel 3 - Chili Cone Queso only to be told at the window that they were only taking mobile orders. Iwish there were more signs directing guests where to go so that they can order their food. The wait was also the longest Iexperienced that day. Not only do you have to order through the app, but the wait for your order to be "ready" was much longerthan any other place we went to. Once the app notified us that our food was "ready" my bf went up to the window but I'm assumingit was then that they started to prepare the order because he was gone for another 10-15 minutes and I know there was no linesto be waiting in. Doesn't really make sense to say the order is ready if it's not there to be picked up right away. We only gotthe bacon Mac & cheese and honestly it was decent. Not what I was expecting for paying $8.99. Pretty small and packed a littletoo much with bacon for my liking. It wasn't bad but honestly there's so many other options to eat at Disney I'll probably goelsewhere next time. Read more

This was my first visit to Cozy Cone and I ordered the Bacon Mac 'N' Cheese and the vodka Pomegranate Limeade. Both items were... delicious! The Mac n cheese is a bit heavy and super filling, but definitely worth trying. The cone itself, tastes like a softpretzel. Read more

Great food and a quiet little place to relax! The lines move quick since each cone offers different food. The chili con queso in... a cone was great! My husband loved it! I had the bacon mac and cheese cone. It was super flavorful and nice and creamy. Thepomegranate limeade was great to but drink it fast because those paper straws fall apart! The ice cream cones were much biggerthan anticipated so really worth the money! Read more
