I don't know how its possible to ruin ice cream but congrats Cold Stone you have succeeded. Ice cream was the worst thing I have... ever had the misfortune of tasting. In addition half your lights inside are off, terrible dark atmosphere that looks like youare closing down. Your seats, the cushions are torn to shreds with exposed cushions. Every single seat I tried to sit in hadexpletives carved into them and worse. Have some respect and dignity for how you present yourself. This is the worst run downestablishment I have ever seen. Bad experience I went yesterday night 9/23. And there were two girl working and one of them you can tell was a supervisor. She... was so negative and rude, and kept rolling her eyes and ignoring guests coming in. She was bossing her other coworker around andwasn?t helping her.there was 4 people in line including my self and this girl wasn?t helping her cows the other girl madeeveryone?s ice cream and rang us up at the register while the other girl was walking around acting like she was ?cleaning?. Ohand there was no more stuff to make smoothies at all which I?m sure she just didn?t want to clean it. So rude didn?t want togive out her name instead gave me her manager?s name Silvia. I've always substituted banana ice cream for French Vanilla on a signature creation and for $7.69 this location refused. I spoke... with the manager Silvia and she refused to do it after spending $30. Horrible service will never come back to this colostone. Read more

It's been a long time since I visited Cold Stone and it was a total disappointment. The waffle cup was rancid (old), very little... ice cream, not much flavor. I ordered the Strawberry Blond. Not worth the money. Besides, the associate (a man) that took ourorder was as rancid as the waffle cup; did not great us, was very short and not polite. Only one of the girl associates was verynice and polite. Not going back to this place or any other Cold Stone. Read more
Awesome ice cream. Filthy outside tables though. Parking sucks on a Friday + Labor day weekend...might be why. In N out burger... traffic monopolized the entire complex. Had to park behind the gym next to the storm drain. Not appetizing so we just got icecream and went home. Read more
Only gave two stars because the employee was nice and helpful. The site is sketchy looking. The three tables were filthy and the... chairs were run down, carved on and torn. The icecream was melting before we even got it. Read more
I love the fact that it is so close to my house that I can always take it to go. This store is alway clean and the staff are... friendly. It?s in a great location as well. It?s right across from IN N OUT for one and across from the movie theater. BEST ICECREAM EVER ?? Read more
