If I could leave zero stars, I would. But that would negate the point of this review. Upon walking into this place, I was not... greeted? by any employee. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped as employees were messing around behind thecounter. After receiving my food, I was walking around the place, there were 2 tables taken. However, every other table insideand outside of this chipotle was a complete disaster. Not to mention the floors! I?ve never been to a food joint that was asdirty and disgusting as this place was. I would like to say this is the first time I?ve run into this problem, but unfortunatelyit?s not. Easily the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. The staff at night could care less about cleanliness. Never mind that they aren?t... polite, but they treat the food terribly. The food prep area is absolutely filthy and the employees go around touching andcleaning gross things and then prepare your food without changing their gloves. Don?t order online or on the app. I?ve made this mistake numerous times. You just stand there and wait and watch Al the people... in line go through and watch a whole new set of people in line go through. You just might as well get in line and order inperson. I?ve waiting 15-20 min beyond the guaranteed time. Not much of a guarantee. They don?t even apologize unless you saysomething. Otherwise, food is as expected Chipotle quality and tastiness. JOSE the manager is very poorly educated on the Point of sale system, he was unable to accommodate for my birthday burrito and I... ended up having to pay on my birthday LOL what a joke of a manager. One of the worst service. The portion you get is always less than what you expect and should get. Manager is very rude and... unreasonable. Kept arguing that the beef bowl portion was right. Exactly what we wanted! From the smiling, friendly staff to the amazing food - this place rocks! My fiance's chicken burrito was... bursting (literally could not even be rolled up) with ingredients and flavor! My sufritas tacos were killer! And the chips!
