Worst Carl's ever .they should get 0 stars but I had to leave 1 just to leave this review the last time I came here they closed... around 9 because they said the system was down and they could not ring me up to charge me. This place looks high tech and up todate very modern . So I came again today at 1045 pm and this time that told me that they close at 11pm I told them it was 1045and they told me it did not matter because they were getting ready to go home . This review is solely based on the customer service experience and not the food. Came up to the drive through at 9:30 pm (the... store closes at 11:00 pm) only to find these cones intentionally placed to block the drive through there. I had to move them, onthe recommendation of another customer, to realize that they?re still open. If this is a way for the employees not to work,corporate should take a look in to it. It is 8:53 with a sign that say inside dining is close at 9. I see employee inside eating and the drive thru for some reason,... which is suppose to be open til 11 is also close. Can someone from higher up please explain what happened tonight that yourrestaurant had to shut down early Read more
