I for the most part enjoy their food. I always get their Taquitos or carne asada torta. I love their smoothies. However... sometimes their customers service can be a hit or miss. Around 10:30am I order 3 tortas to take to work for my coworkers and me.On my torta they forgot to put meat so I wasn’t able to get it fixed right away cuz I didn’t realize till 2:00 pm so after Igot off of work I went to Cancun juice to get a new torta. When I told the cashier that was their, she look at me dum founded asif she didn’t know what to do. She went to get another girl and I told her what happened and I also bought in the torta Ididn’t eat as evidence “ like look no meat” she look at me confused n didn’t know what to say….. “ well I’ll getyou a new one” k, thank you. First of all Perla (cashier) has bad customer service! Rude and disrespectful. If she’s not happy at her job she shouldn’t... be working there. I reported her attitude to a “manager” who refused to give me her name. So I doubt she was a manager. BothPerla and “Manager” laughed at the situation. Second, I ordered a carne asada burrito and when I got home to find out therewas no carne asada in my burrito. I am not sure if it was a mistake or on purpose. (See Photos) Read more

One of the BEST places for tortas, flautas, and smoothies in OC! *Español abajo. I've been dining at CJ for about 8 years. The... first time was the loc on State College and Lincoln, then the ine on Tustin Ave, and finally this Euclid location. Food: Greattasting tortas! I specially enjoy the Torta Cubana with a mix of meat and tasty salsa. Next for me is Milanesa or Pierna???? Their beef flautas are delish, and their Tortilla Soup is bomb! ???? *They now give the sauce and chips separately as seenon my photos. -Their salsa bar (with 3 salsas), grilled chiles, and lemons is top notch! Price: They were better priced yearsago, but now that they're so popular (plus inflation/MW up) prices have increased over 25%, this is noticeable with smoothies &juices. Service: From my first visit, I noticed that their CS is NOT on par with the quality of the food. Cashiers seemedrushed and moody, EVEN ON THIS LAST VISIT. I witnessed what appeared to be the Manager to be short tempered and speaking in arude-like tone to 2 other employees. A similar experience occurred several times at the State College location. The Tustin locseemed to be the most friendliest and less "rushed." -I speak Spanish, but one can sense a pro-MX/Spanish bias once inside. Iget it, it's MX food, however non-MX/Latinx folks will prob like to enjoy this food, so service & consideration ought to be partof their training. overall, their food is some of the best in OC and their orange salsa is ????!! It is still S~~~~~o delicious. But staffs are so terrible. I had to wait for order in front of front desk until they finish... their useless goship(about 3minute).They could do it after they get my order. However, they didn't care whether customer was infront of front desk or not. Read more
Cancun is really good. They should really expand I see lots of potential. You looking for some authentic Mexican food here it... is.. although lunch hour is busy it is very understandable since the food be litttt. Read more
This place is disgusting. Cashier are not that friendly. Dirty place would recommend at all.
