We did a birthday party package for my daughter, and I was really pleased with how it turned out. The party area was ready to... go with some cute decor and a personalized sign. The food came out quickly, and the drink carafes were replenished in a timelymanner as well. Staff was very nice and attentive. We visited here from out of town on vacation. Honestly it was super overpriced. $120 for 4 to play two games? The place was... empty and it was easy to see why. The establishment had a weird smell and customer service was TERRIBLE. The guy with long hairalso made rude comments to us which I won't repeat. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND to ANYONE. Staff was hella rude and the female employee pouring out of her top acted as though she was irritated we would dare to ask her... about renting a lane as she begrudgingly took out information. We were told there was a six party wait when we had called 15minutes before and were told there was no wait. I understand that it's possible that 6 or 7 or 10 groups showed up in that timeso that's not their fault if either set of information was true ( which I'm clearly doubtful of) but the bad attitudes of thefront cashier's desk were very uninviting and poor customer service. Awesome place to hangout and have a fun time with family and friends. When we went there we didn't have to wait long and quickly... got an alley to bowl after paying. They gave us anti skid bowling shoes. There are table and couches for each alley to relax inbetween. There is a menu kept on every table so you can order some food or drinks. We ordered a large pizza and mocktails. Thereare display screens for scores in which you can put in the names of the players. We had fun for 2 hrs and then we played somepool ???? for some time.
