Service here is top notch! Very attentive and willing to go the extra mile. The burgers have a great texture and the milkshakes... are perfect for family photos. The queso dip is the best we?ve ever had - almost sweet and savory with a bit of spice that goeswell with chips and fries. Our 2nd time here - The Burgers are fire!!! The only thing I didn't like is the line and sometimes it's a hit and miss. It's a... great atmosphere, you kind of have to know what you want as you're walking up to order. Cool place and atmosphere. It's got a quick service feel to it since you order at the counter, then you have to find a seat... (which can be a bit difficult). We were a party of 6, so we found out that the booths are reserved for parties of 5 of more. Alot of people were wondering about looking for seats. Ordered my burger medium rare, and it came out closer to well done. Greatflavor. Fries were crisp and delicious. My husband and I have been wanting to dine here since we planned our trip to Disneyland. We were super stoked until we got... there. Stood in line for 15 minutes to order our food. Had to find a table to sit at. They give you a number to set on the tableso the employees bring your food and shakes, which is nice. But Waited an overall 20 minutes for our food and shakes to arrive.Let me just say, the food wasn?t that great. I ordered the truffle burger that was priced at $23 bucks thought it would be worthit but it didn?t get my panties wet and I love love food! So it wasn?t worth it to me! The SHAKES though, made my nips hard soit was definitely worth it!!! Lol ???? If you decide to dine here just be prepared for the long lines and the wait time foryour food and shakes. Stopped here for a quick bite while we were in Downtown Disney. The wait to order wasn't long, and they brought our food out to... us pretty quick. Everything was just as we ordered it! Get there early as this place is popular. We went at 1130 AM and beat the rush. I love that this place offers a Military... Discount. One of the few in Downtown Disney and Disneyland. Really nice place, the shakes are amazing! It's great that they have a separate area for just ordering shakes outside if that's... all you want. The burger was very good, but not worth $22. I found it strange they don't ask how you want it cooked. It camewell done, which I would prefer medium to medium well for this burger. Very good but pricey. Read more

Loved my Turkey burger. I don?t know what they put in it but it was the most juicy Turkey burger I?ve ever had, Probably the... best! If you love blue cheese you?ll love this combo. The serving is great if you have a big appetite! Great service. Someonein our party left their phone on the table on accident after we left and when we went back to get it the server cleaning up hadfound it and put it in the lost and found and retrieved it for us.
