Horrible customer service I came in an hr before they closed, As soon as I walked in with my son he pointed to the flavor he... wanted immediately the girl behind the counter told me nothing on that side of the counter was avaliable,I wasn't allowed toorder from one side of the counter because the girl "was cleaning" but the 7 customers that came in after me were allowed toorder from that side of the counter. The girl clearly didn't want to deal with my order and was hoping I would leave but didn'tanticipate that her coworker would start serving ppl from the same counter she told me "wasn't avaliable" we ended up buying 2cones just to throw them away as he didn't like either flavor. To top it off their employees don't even wear name tags.come ongirl with the over the top eyeliner you just ruined a little boys night all cus you were too lazy to serve a scope of ice cream???? Alondra was really kind and helpful. Offered sampled for new flavors I was interested in. She was super patient with me even... when I realized I didn't have enough on my card for my purchase. She didn't make me feel bad for it, which I appreciated a lot,lol. Great customer service on her part and just a kind person overall! Read more
The reason for my rating is because it was about 1/2 hour before closing and there were two people being served, then a group of... 4 arrived right before me. So there was the one girl serving and another taking her sweet time putting in some pints into thefreezer. She saw how many people were stacked up and still didn't make an effort to rush it. When she was done it was my turn sowhen she faced me I see that her shirt is filthy! It was super gross and it looked pretty bad (in my opinion). Her ice creamscoop servings were minimal as were the toppings. Even though I asked for extra whipped cream and nuts she barely even put anyon. Not once did she offer a friendly smile or anything.. Love coming to this Baskin-Robbins cause once you get whatever you ordered you can relax outside on the open patio they have.... Highly recommend the Stranger Things ice cream flavors they have currently right now. Staff is enjoyable and always seem happyabout being there. Read more
Workers are friendly and attend you really good. The ice cream was really good my first time trying it. The area where you can... sit down in there is clean. Everything is well priced. I love baskin robbins so i got excited that we found one. Im new to the area so this was very exciting. Very much like my... yogurtland experience here, i was left disappointed. The ice cream was so disappointing. I don't think there coolers wereworking well. They gave me ice cream that was basically turning into liquid. 100% sure i wont be coming back. My frozen dessertexperiences here have been quite saddening. Read more
Good Baskin Robbins and great if you are looking for ice cream. The place is clean and staff friendly. There is limited indoor... seating but a large general outdoor area to sit and eat. Had the Oreo mocha shake and it was very good. The prices arecomparable to other ice cream shops. Read more
