On vacation I order to be delivered to the lobby of my hotel per my instruction. I food never came or came at least 30min past... the estimated delivery time, because I wait in the lobby for my food. The real issue they have not refunded me or contacted me. Read more

Ordered a loco moco. Hamburger was over cook and dry out. Gravy was terrible. It?s not hard to make a simple brown gravy. What I... got was a thicker Version of a katsu sauce.
