I really wish i could leave ZERO STARS!!! I am highly disappointed. No signs on absolutely anything or anywhere stating they... closed early, we pull in around 8:45pm tonight and the drive-thru was blocked off, yet a car was parked at the window. Everytimei have tried to call all it does is ring and ring. Absolutely disappointing. NEVER been able to get any food from them becauseno one ever answers the phone and never update their hours. Don't go here for fast food. It took 30 minutes going through the drive through to get my order completed. Before you leave... you'd better verify your order is correct. Very disorganized place, needs a new manager to correct the problems! Read more

Never enough staff and they are always trying to do their best at all the tasks at hand while delivering good customer service.... It has gotten better recently, but the food orders are never correct. I'm always either missing an item or they have not madesomething correctly per my instructions on the order. I'm not picky about things like that, but when it happens every time youtend to get a little irritated. I've stopped going there. Read more

The new kid at the counter literally leans into peoples cars to hand them their food. Also we ordered 2 of the new triple bacon... cheese burger meals and they gave us two doubles with no sauce.. Most of the time I get a double but this time I wanted atriple. But the last several times I?ve ordered before this I asked for extra cheese and they added it on the receipt but not onthe sandwich. At least give the customers what they pay for. The fries taste like they?ve been sitting for a long time. Iwork fast food myself and have for years. Not sure what the hold up was earlier this morning, but I sat at the speaker for about 7 minutes after a guy said ?I?ll be right... with you.? A lady then came through saying something like what can I get for you. Nothing about sorry for the wait or anythingalong those lines. I order and proceed to the second window where I see no one is in front of me, so why the long wait? Now withtwo cars behind me, I?m waiting again to pay and get my food. The lady, I assume named Chloe based off the receipt, said mytotal without another word. I hand her my card and she closes the window. I would say I wait another 5 minutes without any otherinteraction. She opens up the window, puts the bag of food in my face, looks at me like I have three heads, and then hands meback my card. Not a single word. Thank God the food was right and hot. Not sure what Chloe?s problem was today, but seems likethe service industry is not for her. Try to be nice to your customers ;) Read more

Food was good. Forgot my 2 tacos. Late at night so inside was closed. Had to park. In an attempt to keep food warm walked up to... drive up window and explained. Parked in front per directions. Got my tacos. Gave my cold food to the dog. Should have acceptedpaying for missed item, called and forget to go back when convenient. Common practice. Read more
