Ok, so Five Guys is a burger joint. It's a good burger joint, but let's be honest, a burger joint is a burger joint. I have... been to this location several times and would normally rate in the four star range. Everything is good, service is fast, andthere are normally no issues. So they normally come in "above average". We came through last night (11/22/22) for dinner andhad exceptionally good service. The person taking our order (Dominick) was way above and beyond, just a great attitude, fun totalk to, but also very clearly communicating our order back to us. The only other person we interacted with was a very shortinteraction (food pickup), but he also seemed very sincere. So, I guess what I am trying to say is, yes you can get good freshfood here, but somehow the staff last night was way over the top. The facility was very clean. No debris of food or garbage on the ground, and this was at 5pm. Register associate was VERY... friendly. I asked for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, and this associate was super kind about it and even went above and beyondand asked if that was just my preference or if I had an allergy. There was an associate being trained on the burger makingstation, but the work flow was still great and no extended delays. In fact when the station received my ticket and wasassembling my burger, I even heard that associate double check with the register clerk if the lettuce wrap was due to anallergy. This particular five guys is outstanding... Took my 6yr old Sun there for the first time he said it was the best burger place... he's ever been to.. 3 weeks later he wouldn't shut up about taking him there for his birthday dinner when he turned seven sonaturally that's where we went and he had a ball.. he didn't care for the flavor shake he orded so they let him order adifferent one free of charge that he loved and they let me have his which I love so we both made out on the deal.. every staffmember that I interacted with was extremely personable and friendly each time I've been there Read more
