Absolutely horrible experience from the order being completely wrong, to incredibly rude, unaccountable, clearly bothered... management. When you pay basically $10 for a large cookie dough blast with extra cookie dough and extra Reese?s, and peanutbutter, and what you actually get is vanilla ice cream with Reese?s powder sprinkled on top, not even close to the same thing.I called and was asked well ok, what?s the problem, to then being told she couldn?t hear me, to being hung up on. Will drivetotally out of my way before I ever consider this train wreck again. This is far from the first time that my orders are totallyscrewed up. I?d say the accuracy to which they get it SO WRONG, far outweighs getting anything right!! Read more

Truly horrible this is the 3rd and final time I have left there disappointed 2 cars in front of me left before they got their... meal and I ordered mine and waited and waited I guess I should have known by the fact that my order didn't even pop up on thescreen and give me pay options needless to say I left there 4 drinks short and took my money elsewhere Read more

The service is a hit or miss sometimes on forgetting to add sauce packets or wrong item on mobile orders. However I give a good... rating and recommend because they usually are quick and friendly. They will fix the mistakes and resolve the issue. As long asthey do that and no attitude it's a great place. One lady was a total jerk and we didn't go back for awhile. Since then she nolonger works there and the service has greatly improved. Read more

When did they stop putting limes and cherries in the Cherry Limeades?? Boo!! Those simple ingredients do make a big difference... in the taste of the drinks and I?m pretty sure are still accounted for in the prices?!?? I don?t like all the changes we areseeing these days with prices increasing, Ingredients being left out, service becoming more like a sibling you didn?t ask for,and quality becoming a memory rather than the reason you still risk eating out for!!! Would have given it 0 stars if I could! Everything was cold and the burgers were overcooked and dry!! Had the same experience... last year thought we'd give this restaurant another try... Took 45 minutes to get part of my order, wasn?t told until then that the store was out of onion rings. I am currently waiting on... jalapeño poppers to substitute, but it?s been several minutes I?ve been waiting for that. Read more
