I highly recommend this amazing food gem! The service is friendly and fast, but oh my the food!!???????? It's like stepping into... a Korean grandma's house. The food is made with love and you can tell that in every flavorful bite. The bibimbap and thebulgogi are delish!! This is is better than the Korean food I've had in Boise and Salt Lake. It is on par with the best Koreanrestuarants in Tacoma/Seattle. Be sure to get there early before they sell out! Read more

We wanted to try a bit of everything and it was all fantastic! Protip: follow them on Facebook to see the weekend specials. Calling all IF foodies! Don't sleep on The Porky Korean. Interestingly enough, all of my favorite food spots in Idaho Falls... happen to be food trucks. The Porky Korean is no different. Pro tip: follow them on Facebook for weekend special items :) Thisweekend was tteokbokki. Everything I tried had great flavor. The Galbi plate looked small but it was ridiculously filling, Iactually turned it into two separate meals. The galbi was marinated perfectly. I do, however, wish the kim chee was a littlemore spicy. The mandu was good as well. I liked that they were filled with sweet potato noodles. I requested the spicy housesauce on the side (you can choose spicy or mild) & I'm glad I did. I actually liked the mandu without the extra sauce. The kimchee fried rice was delicious. We ended up adding our own fried egg to it. Overall, I highly recommend. Especially because theKorean options in this town are extremely limited... Read more

As an Asian American transplant, I was disappointed to see there weren't very many asian restaurants in Idaho Falls. I'm so glad... The Porky Korean opened up. I got the galbi and it was delicious! The portions are huge and the meat was so tender. I'll bestopping by more often for sure! Read more
