Took an hour to end up not even getting my food. Literally no excuses. There weren't that many people and even if they were... short staffed it shouldn't take them an hour to make 2 hot dogs considering their drive thru line had no issues moving along. Read more
Absolutely horrible service! Spent $35 to get cold, missing food . The worst part though is when you order a kids meal you... expect to get the kids meal. They forgot the side, the toy, and the drink. Forgot the sauce for the chicken strips for myhusband. All my son got was a cold burger with nothing on it but pickles. Dry and nasty! It's one thing to forget something in aadults order but when you leave out the toy, drink, and apple sauce for the kid it's devastating to them. We will never go backagain! The only reason we went in the first place was because we had seen a commercial for a sour patch slush. Oh yah they don'thave those either. Also ordered a oreo cheesecake shake got vanilla. They were great! Friendly, fast, they gave us an extra toy for my older child, my 3yr old dropped his shake and they made him a... new one! We are from Montana and drove 2hrs for sonic. Will definitely be back!! Read more
Ordered a Slushy float. Got something else, not sure what. The guy at the window was less than helpful when I asked about the... ice cream float. He said "Ya, it's in there" It was not. I was in a hurry add did not have time to argue. $5 for a medium drinkand did not get what I ordered. ???? I won't be back. Read more

I've been here multiple times, and I can honestly say I'm not a big fan of their food. The employees are always nice and... friendly and maybe it's just me but I haven't had a meal at Sonic yet that I've liked. Last time I went there my burgers andfries were cold but my soda pop was fine!
