Woefully unprepared for Halloween evening. Store was absolutely packed. Other people with lost/delayed orders. Ran out of salad.... Lost our online order, made us wait an additional 30 minutes for them to remake it, at which point they THEN decided to let usknow that there was no cheese bread and it would be a while. When asked how long ?a while? is she shrugged her shoulders. Thenoffered a s?mores wheel as an alternative. (Fun fact, something sweet is not a good replacement for a savory side). I love their pizza, especially the chicken bacon stuffed pizza. Good quality at a decent price.

Just went into Ammon papa murph. Been calling since 8, kept going to voicemail, over and over. Finally got there at 8:10pm and... walked into the store. The kid said they stop taking orders at 8! They store was already cleaned up, no toppings/food, nothingwas out. ( Sign says closes at 8:30). If you guys stop taking orders at 8.. what?s the point in staying open still 8:30?! Changeyour sign and online! I get that I was cutting it close to closing time but getting off work at 7:00 after 12 hours days mykids are hungry and easy stop for dinner. I called Broadway store and they said to me they should have not be closing thatearly. They were nice and supportive to take my order but I was already in Ammon side of town. Usually they are pretty good but they have all new workers now and wow they are far from professional or personable! Tricia was... so short with me multiple times. I came in for ready made items that were not there and she could not be less bothered. Get anew team! Read more

Five employees, one person waiting for two pizzas, one already made. Employee worked on a couple other pizzas, NO one waiting... for them!!! Finished with person waiting and after piddling around started on my pizza......NOT impressed with motivation orintrest to customer???? Read more

Your store literally closes in 30 mins. Parked outside, there are 4 people in there, I am calling to put in an order, and they... refuse to answer, and when they do, they just hang up. I've always loved your pizza, come here very often. May think twice.???? sad. Read more

They ran out of Canadian bacon so had to use regular bacon on the Hawaiian pizza. It was okay.

Tried this for the first time, by far the best pizza I have had here in Idaho Falls/Ammon! Comparable to Mackenzie river pizza,... cheaper and more conveient to take home! The picture is of the BLT pizza with hand tossed crust! Read more
