Ordered roughly 7:30 at night. It was not busy. Order took forever to come out! There were two people putting food in containers... one sweeping and then five or six of them hanging out gathered around one of the tables. Total was 34 minutes. And what's upwith that crazy drive-thru that's hard to fit through with a large SUV or truck? Why doesn't the curbside work at this location?Why do you have to get out and go in to get your order when you could just check in to curbside spot one or two? Food wasn'tthat great. This is my third time at Panda Express and the third time that the food has just been dry and mediocre at best.Requested napkins and utensils, got neither. Quick and easy online ordering. We had quite a large order so we ended up waiting less than 5 minutes after the food was... supposed to be ready. The food was hot, fresh, delicious, and the 5 minutes extra was 100% worth it. Read more
I have given this location a few chances. They always mess up and forget something. We always go in and they fix it. Today was... different since we ordered orange chicken and they informed us that it would be a wait because they were out. My family agreedand we waited almost 20 min just for one order of orange chicken to be missing. I walked inside and I when I spoke to theattitude behind the counter she informed me that I could wait or pick something else. Since I had already waited almost 20specifically for orange chicken I wasn?t going to wait any longer. I specifically said they should compensate somethingconsidering I already waited for the orange chicken to be done and they messed up. The employee was extremely rude about thingsand should probably find a job that?s not in customer service. It?s clear she has to much attitude and is to entitled to work acustomer service job. Disgusting food! I am a frequent customer at the other Idaho falls location. At least once a week. I tried this location about... two weeks ago the meat which I always order was so gross literally tasted like sweaty dirty socks. (Literally made me gag afterputting it on my mouth) I?m not sure what happen to it that day. Then today since I work close I decided to give it another try.Let me just say never again.
