Came here for a ?super fast? dinner for a birthday party. We waited almost an hour for our pizza. Their ?mega? pizza was only... 11?. 5 hungry kids got crazy hyper and hangry. Not awesome for some place that says they are fast. I know they say they?reunderstaffed but any more bodies in their tiny cooking space and they?d be unable to move. Read more
Terrible service. I decided to dine in tonight. When I got there the line was super long and not moving, but they were still... making pizzas in the kitchen. I waited 5 minutes, line not moving. 10 minutes, line not moving. 15 and 20 minutes, line notmoving. By that point the people at the front of the line were complaining why they were waiting so long without their orderstaken. No apology, nothing from the staff. We got two pizza. One had a white sauce and pesto base with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onions, garlic, salami, chicken, and... bacon. The other one was a meat lover style pizza. The pizzas were good. When you first arrive, you get in line and choose allthe toppings you want on your pizza. The process can be slow, but they cook the pizza pretty quickly. Read more
Descent pizza, build your own. Fairly quick service, great location and friendly. Manager needs to emphasize with employees the... need for regular cleaning of doors, tables, floors, parking lot etc so customers are greeted with a more positive environment.Impressions start when you pull up to the building. We love Mod and go often. We love that they even have a gluten free and dairy free option for one member of our group. Price is... great, employees have always impressed us with the great customer service, cleanliness and efficiency?..until tonight. There wasan employee who did not have her hair restrained at all and proceeded to shake her hair constantly while preparing the pizza.Her hair additionally completely covered her glasses so she couldn?t see and she apparently liked it that way because she keptshaking it to stay over her glasses. We nearly left but another person stepped in and prepared our pizza while she was gettingmore dough. Please provide more training about use of hairnet or headband. Read more
Ordered a vegan cheese pizza and there was cheese on half the pizza. Disappointing as there reason was the dairy free cheese... doesn?t melt well which it does at other restaurants.They did offer to remake it but I wasn?t going to wait. Read more
Love the vibe and I can't get enough of their delicious pizzas! I love being able to customize it with so many topping options!... Everything was so clean and the staff was so great about my food allergies. Can't wait to go again! Read more
My pizza was perfectly cooked and the employees are very welcoming. The decorations in the place is very comfortable too.
