Love their food but they absolutely don?t answer their phones I was on hold for 30 minutes if you?re not going to answer your... phone make your online order menu better it?s lacking items that it shows literal pictures of on you website and you can?tcustomize your pancakes in the combos at all. Curbside pickup doesn?t work because none of the employees are willing to gooutside it seems I have to go inside everytime because no one comes out ever. Hire better employees super super slow serviceimpossible to get ahold of the place. Read more
We were a pretty large group (7 of us, 3 adults, 4 kids)... took an hour to get our food delivered. 2 of us had omelets, mine... was over cooked and crispy, while the other was beautifully cooked with zero crispy eggs. Took 2 askings for ranch, and the mealwas mostly finished by the time we got it. It was about 10:30 on a Saturday, and not full by a long shot. Will try 1 more time,when we're in town again, but it won't be our 1st stop ???? Read more

Tonight was the worst service I have had at a restaurant in years. Took forever to get a waitress to show up. To get a drink... order ,then forever to get our food, and when I went to pay took forever to get someone to take the payment. Through the wholething never did see our waitress. When leaving I seen why. There were 2 tables in the whole place that had guests and the cooksand waitresses were too busy messing around and playing to bother with the guests. Bad place to go.would recommend going toMcDonald's instead. Read more
Service was great! Yes, they are short staffed but our waitress was kind and attentive. She did find fantastic job managing the... entire half of the restaurant. Food was hot and delicious. Our visit was Sept 8 in the morning. I didn't catch her name but shewas awesome! Read more
I have eaten at IHOP many times in the last year in Idaho Falls! The food never misses a beat and is consistently excellent! ... The cooks know how to cook!!! The coffee delicious! The omelets & new protein pancakes are amazing! The servers work veryhard, but sometimes recently are stretched too thin, as more customers are coming...feeling better about eating out. I reallylike the newer Happy Hour menu....excellent! They recently remodeled, so fresh & clean! What more could you want...consistentquality & value, in a clean, family-friendly environment! Since it was Veteran's Day, it was quite busy(many good deals if you are military). The food was great, the pancakes so fluffy... and the eggs done just how I like them. Our server, Autumn, was fabulous, very attentive, pleasant and polite. Read more
