I stopped in to have a coffee and cookie.Staff were great and people friendly.
Drive-thru backups sometimes extend onto Sandwich Street, with cars blocking the sidewalk and making it difficult for other cars... to turn into the lot, which then blocks traffic on the road itself and drivers use the bike lane to pass on the right. This hasgotten worse since the other, smaller Tim Hortons unexpectedly closed in town. The customer service here is good but McDonald'sis a better option in my opinion if you don't want to sit on a main road waiting to turn into a drive-thru or even the parkinglot. Read more
Great accommodations and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room when we stayed. I must say though that it was... rather odd that coffee was not available at the bar in the lobby when we were there for a conference. I also have to mentionthe one day we went to pool and it was filthy with straws and many things floating in pool. Not sure why it wasn't cleanedbefore opening, we just had drinks at bar and laid on lounge chairs and were disappointed that day we couldn't swim. Other thanthat the hotel is beautiful and staff were awesome! We will return. Read more
By far the slowest and worst Tim Horton to exist. Service is as slow as can be with orders being mixed up . What happened to the... Timmy?s that was once top notch !!! You guys need to make this better !!! Read more
Slowest Tim hortons I've ever been to. When I finally got to the window my mobile order wasn't ready and a staff mentioned that... he didn't want to make it so another staff had to step in and make my order while he stood and chatted about his weekend. Read more
I go to the store often the service is fast and friendly no problems with the people or dining in very clean. However the... potatoes wedges every time I get them are not so good! 4 times now! I have gotten them they have been Very dried out out notgood at all! My father also has complained about how bad they are so we no longer get them. My kids would like a change in somedifferent kind of regular tidbits they have. Always the same ones so we go to Kingsville at times for a chang. It would be niceto get them in Harrow. I think it needs to be changed up a bit in timbits once and a while. Read more
Can't go wrong with the staple of Canada. Always delicious fresh coffee, donuts always in stock, great sandwiches and friendly... service. The drive thru is rather busy but moves pretty fast. Cant go wrong with some timbits and an ice cap to :) Read more
Been to this place a few times. Everytime they screw up the food order. Staff seem to be directionless wandering like the... walking dead. Young male manager was trying to tell a girl to clean under the hood of a machine as it was dirty. He ended updoing it himself. The location where the liquids come out was just disgusting and hadn't been ever cleaned since I don't knowwhen. Sugar had built up like a coffee crusted volcano. The young male manager is useless and the staff couldn't care less. IfI were owner, I would fire ALL of them and start over with competent people who actually want to be there. A new broom sweepsclean. Who knows what is really going into your food and how contaminated it is. I won't be back. Read more
