Employees need to be on the same page for processing online orders. Placed an order through the app. Picked up order. Was... instructed to pick out my chips and chocolate milk. Employee who was cleaning windows started panicking that I picked said bagand positioned themselves like they trying to block a shoplifter. Employee behind the counter had to calm down the otheremployee that was positioned behind me. Got home to find a bag of chips was placed in my bag before my arrival. Seems there hasbeen a change in operations that someone missed a memo on as the last several orders I've placed the chip selection was beingleft to the customer. Doesn't help the subway app does not list all available Miss Vicki's flavors stocked. Cookies were alsonot the correct ones that I had ordered. Chocolate chunk vs the double chocolate that had been ordered. Read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible. I asked for it to be toasted 3 times and when they finally "toasted" it was still not toasted. ... Took about 15 min to realize there was customers in the store. Kudos to manager. Staff is always good and quick. You can get subs anywhere, but the staff is what makes it worth it.

Staff was kind, efficient, and it was nice to see the amount of cleaning that done by all three employees. They all took care... wiping down all surfaces they touched before helping the next person in line. There was a few of us placing several sub ordersand the staff was amazing with all of us. The food was good and the service was okay, other than the male employee telling three customers, who clearly didn?t understand... the definition of social distancing that it was okay if they come in without a mask this one time as long as next time they do.I thought wearing a mask was mandatory when in a place of business ? The actions of your employee could compromise the health ofothers in the store, which I am not pleased about at all. I will definitely not be coming to this subway again, even after thepandemic is over and it seems that being negligent is a theme with subway as this is the second one I?ve been to that doesn?tfollow orders for the safety and health of its customers. Fast service, friendly staff. Get more toppings on my subs from other Subways but this one is consistent and reliable.
