Unfortunately my experience was terrible with this restaurant. I called and ordered my food at 6:45. They told me it would not... be ready until 8 PM. I understand, it?s Mother?s Day and they were very busy. I got to the restaurant at 8 PM and picked up myfood. Came home open the box and the food was barely lukewarm. When I opened the lid to the gravy, the gravy was solid. None ofthe food was warmer than room temperature and some was cooler than room temperature. I called to let them know. The young ladyanswering the phone was very courteous, very kind and I believe she did her best to try to help me out. She went to talk to themanager and the manager said that next time I come in they would give me a free gravy. Really? That?s what they will do to makesure I am a happy patron. I ordered a combo plate and was thinking they might replace it? No. A free gravy is all they woulddo. I?m sorry I will never order from this restaurant again and I will be letting everyone I know of this experience. So sadthat customer service is not important anymore. Read more

Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. Our wait was close to two hours for our order and when recieved was not made... correctly. Our family has a severe allergy to mushrooms and whoever took our order wrote it on our bill yet our Chicken ChowMein came with mushrooms. The other vegetables in the dish were hard and undercooked. Food lacks flavor and temperature. Staff was polite, likely won't order from here again.

Ordered take-out. Opened food at home and it had a terrible fishy smell. Tried it anyways and it tasted terrible. All the meat... had a very strange consistency. When I called, the owner got in the phone and argued with me. Said "we didn't do anything wrong"would not offer refund or credit. Awful customer service. Will never eat here again. . Just ordered 2 orders of general TAO and 3 orders of Wonton Soup and asked for extra hot sauce and plum sauce. I had to wait an... extra half hour after an hour wait when food was supposed to be ready and extra hot sauce and plum sauce wasn't provided. Wontonsoup had 2 noodles in each one. Called to mention the wonton soup was lacking and didn't receive hot sauce, plum sauce and soysauce requested and was argued with on the phone. So I will never get food from there again! Read more

Edit: Gave it a year and tried again. I didn't think it was possible to have less flavour than previously, but they managed it.... Never again. Ordered food for delivery. Order was accurate, arrived in a reasonable time, delivery man was very pleasant.Frankly, the food was disappointingly bland overall; the egg foo young was okay. Chicken gravy was bland, beef lo mein wastotally flavorless, almost like they boiled everything?! No complimenary white rice like some other local places. Would give 2.5stars if an option but I don't want to actively hurt a business that might still be finding its footing....might try again in ayear or so. Read more

Ordered takeout. The service was acceptable, not outstanding. The takout dishes were filled and the food was quite tasty. There... was however no white rice included which surprised me. They also did not honour their advertised "10% off on cash pick uporderds over $30.00 (before tax)" If the buffet is as good as their take out that would be worth it, but if you're orderingtakeout you're probably better off somewhere else. Went with my family for the buffet dinner on a week night. Wasn't expecting fresh because week days usually aren't busy for... buffets. Went to fill my plate for round 1...as I expected, not much there. The owner saw me looking at what was avaliable andcame up to me. He said he'd make what ever I wanted and started cooking and adding food to the buffet. He brought out, in smallbut fresh batches, a bunch of different dishes. He was super nice and genuinely cared about our experience. I've eaten thereplenty of times but this was the first time with the new owner...what a difference!!! We had an excellent meal and look forwardto going back. It was so good. Just some advice...Bring back Shanghai noodles! Lol. Read more
