Well I went there late night with my daughter and I ordered a double cheeseburger plain with just onions and pickles which they... didn't get it right they they put lettuce on it which I had to remove fries were kind of cold the tables were dirty floor wasdirty and the people behind the counter were being filthy mouth which I did not approve of but I guess this is how people arethat run those Wendy's out in Lorain county I think the manager needs to take a review of his employees and work at nights Read more
We were let in when the doors were locked at 7:30pm and told it was because they were short staffed. We were never told not to... open the door for other customers. So when we let others in they came to our table and proceeded to put our table of seven onblast for letting customers in. They also let certain people in the were door dash only. It seems they don't want to servicecustomers, they just want to get a pay check for little to no work. Read more
Best classic chicken pub burger I've ever had no drink large fry that was Saturday. Today is Sunday. Got the same thing. ... Worst burger I've ever had. This was the first time I've ever gotten a cold meal from this location. The large fry had barelyany fries and sandwich tasted like it sat out for hours. Very very slow service after you place your order you might wait 15 minutes or longer for your order to be done with very little... people in the building might I add. You see people on their phone and even though the staff is friendly (if they're able to lookup from their phone long enough to acknowledge that you're even in the building) we waited 15 minutes or longer to receive ourfood on our way to cedar point. This location needs new management?I?d rather drive out to Elyria and subject myself to the spectacle that IS the drive thru... line next to Camelot crack motel than throw more money away at Amherst Wendy?s? employees are rude and refuse to fix incorrectorders?and my order is missing items or incorrect EVERY single time. I never used to have bad experiences at Wendy's. Ever since CV, it's gone downhill. Lines are extra long and the food is cold... when I get it. C'mon now!!! You figure that if you're waiting that long , the food would be hot and as ordered. Last threetimes I've had issues. Done!!! Read more

Hit the drive thru for breakfast this morning and it was obviously so amazing I had to write a review. The receipt says Kaitieee... & Olivia were the host and cashier. My baconator breakfast sandwich was perfect and it's no exaggeration when I say the potatowedges this morning were the best I've had in my life they were the perfect mix of crispy & flavorful. They even offered me thekey tag which is the best idea by the way so of course I bought that! Read more
