Not the best service. Ordered an Iced Grande Carmel Macchiato with half the syrup and whole milk. My coffee had no Carmel and... tasted like straight milk and espresso. Also to note: they never announced your name for the drink just the drinks title whichcaused a lot of confusion. Read more
I ordered a matching late and it tasted like Straight up milk and I am not supposed to have milk. So I asked if they could... remake it with almond milk and the cashier took my cup dumped it with an attitude and remade it but it still doesn't taste likea match tea latte. The coffee was disgusting and bitter! They were out of cold brew so they replaced it with regular iced coffee and even with... sweet foam I could not drink it. They were busy so I tried to be understanding but when I was waiting to ask if there wasanything they could do to make it taste better the barista looked at me with my coffee in hand and turned around like I wasn'teven there.
