To be called a fast food restaurant, this McDonald's is THE. SLOWEST. EVER. I return to this area once a month and it's the... same. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME... No matter the time of day. The cash register receipt printer was not working, so the order taker asked another crew member to get me a receipt, and all... they would provide were the unacceptable grill receipts with barcode and my first name (which do not provide the price I paid,form of payment, and survey option). I was firm in my insistence for a receipt, and the crew member (instead of understanding,appeared to take it as racism, because she said, "I will NOT be talked to like that"). This is very unprofessional, and givesMcDonald's a bad name. Then she proceeded to tell me how troublesome it was going to be for them to get me a proper receipt,because "that printer" was in the back. I did get my receipt, but all that negative fanfare was totally unnecessary. Plus, whenI got them, the bun tops on my sandwiches were dry. This isn't a new occurrence for me in visiting various areaMcDonald's. The in-general behavior and the laziness of McDonald's employees in this day and age makes you really want to dineelsewhere, where there is respect and better service. Read more
All I ordered was a frozen coke, it was hot out. It took 20 minutes to get the drink from the drive-thru next time I will go to... speedway they're only 69 cents at McDonald's they're $1.89. when we got to the window the girl just shoved it into my hand. Read more

Stopped here for a quick meal. The staff were rude and arguing about each other. I don't care what is going on at work, just... put the order in correct and deliver it without any issues. While they look overwhelmed, or understaffed. This seems to be thenorm at many McDonald's. Could be training or just lack of production. While I don't expect the world. They should be thankingyou for your business as the customer. Not complaining or talking to each other. That is part of your job to be pleasant withany customer. Read more
It's a great location. I've been going here for a long time. I have many good memories here like playing in the old ball pit... when I was little, going to bday parties, etc. But every now and then I'm super disappointed in the customer service andcleanliness. There's been multiple updates over the years: some not so great and some good ones. Recently it was remodeled. Thenew play place is nice and I love the new kiosk order machines, in which you can order/pay/take a table number and have the fooddelivered to your table. The new interactive table is cool but there should be more. I'm not a fan of the color that was sprayedon the exterior, it looks like a prison with the gray color and very gloom (I was hoping they'd make it look like one I saw inFlorida which I know is out of the budget but brighter colors would've been nice- I'll post a pic of Florida's bright one forfuture idea upgrades). Inside looks better, but not the self help drink station, it didn't have a drip tray which I found veryodd. Last Sunday I waited 25 minutes for a mocha frappe (it was the only thing I ordered, this has happened in the past, andfor some reason the mocha frappe blender is not working every other time I go there). It seemed like they were training someonenew at the drive-through pick up window, so I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. So when I pulled forward to wait Ipatiently waited for another 15 minutes after just waiting in line for 10 minutes. Finally I got fed up and went inside to getmy money back. The manager was nice. She apologized and offered to get me what I wanted or something else, but at that pointed Ijust wanted a quick exchange for my money back. She offered me a free mocha frappe on her when I returned. So I went the nextmorning and finally got my mocha frappe and only waited 5 minutes or less. I?m not one to usually complain, but I would highly recommend not eating at this McDonald?s. I waited 10 minutes after using a... kiosk to order for someone to come over to the register. Just to pay, then wait 20 minutes for food. My girlfriends food nevercame and after waiting 30 minutes she had to go reorder And explain the problem. While waiting multiple people came up to thecounter to complain about fries with with black spots. When finally being able to eat, the burgers and buns were hard and notappetizing in the slightest.
