The service was very slow. We waited 20 minutes after getting our drinks before the waitress returned to take our order. The... fruit that I ordered with my meal was a few very thin slices of cantaloupe and some grapes, some of which were no longeredible. Daughter asked for toast with her meal and it arrived looking as if they might have waved the toaster at it and it wasonly buttered in the very center of the bread. So not worth the money! Read more
Our food was cold, eggs were like rubber, our waitress brought out other tables food before ours when we showed up before them,... she got one of the orders wrong. It's understandable if the kitchen is backed up but they left out ingredients and they didn'tput pecans in our blueberry pecan oatmeal. it's no excuse to have a server act the way she did, instead of saying I'm sorry letme check on your order she said idk in a nasty tone and she never came to the table to ask if we wanted our water and coffeetopped off. Well, I am going to try and be nice but there are issues with the staff here. They were busy, but my meal had cheddar cheese on... it and I requested that it not be on my food, 2ndly, there was a female walking around the kitchen with long hair down flippingit around with bacon in each hand. Where is her manager? I did however, still tip at my normal 25%, but this restaurant sureneeds some issues addressed. Read more
Part of my order was missing and when I called to let them know the lady said we will credit your order the next time you order.... Then without saying goodbye she hung up on me. Poor customer service!! Don?t they realize that customer satisfaction is key whenpeople can spend their money somewhere else. Read more

Dad and I got there an hour before they closed, and were not to sure about the type of food we were going to receive. We had... great service from the young lady and our food came out steaming hot. This was our best experience at a Bob's Evans in a longtime. Thank you to the friendly staff and also a thank you to the cook who was on duty for the amazing meal. Read more
My husband and I ate here for breakfast recently. Our waitress was nice, but the restaurant itself was very dirty. Upon arrival,... the hostess (who looked like she had just rolled out of bed) was very unpersonable and did not even greet us. She just picked upa few menus and grumbled ?two?? without looking up to make eye contact. She, then, proceeded to walk us to a booth that had notbeen cleaned. The table was sticky and the wallpaper above the booth had a giant rip in it that was being held together withscotch tape. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time but was cold and the little cup of butter served to us for ourbiscuits looked like it had been used. When we took our bill up front to pay, the lady who checked us out had a giant tub ofbutter sitting out in the open on the counter and was scooping out individual portions into small containers while takingcustomers payments. Overall, it was a very uncleanly experience. We do not plan to go back again any time soon. Read more
