I went to Tim Horton's after my shift at work to get a chipotle chicken wrap, a pumpkin spice donut, and a med hot chocolate.... The wrap machine was down for cleaning so I got a ham and Swiss sandwich instead. The girl who took care of me told me not toworry about it when I was about to pay and im like ?are you sure?? And she?s like ?yeah. You had to wait so long and we didn?thave the stuff to make your order don?t worry about it? and omg im still smiling. I legit only had to wait maybe 5 min or so maxwhich isn?t long at all. She seemed stressed tho so I hope she?s okay. I never caught her name but i don?t think I?ll everforget about her <3 Also, Tim Horton?s is better than Dunkin? Donuts and you cannot tell me otherwise. Read more
Stuff is supper slow, rude, and it just makes the whole thing a pain. The only reason id go there is if the Starbucks and other... tims on campus are closed. And the only reason this place is still in place is the lack of cafe options on campus.??????? Read more
Asked for a hot coffee, gave me a cold brew instead. Despite I reported the issue immediately after getting the receipt, the... cashiers blamed me for not ordering the correct item vocally with an insulting gesture. This happened around 12:50pm, Saturday,03/20/2021. Also, I could barely hear a thing from the cashier at the other side of coronavirus shield. I will avoid buyingthings from this store next time to save me some trouble; the Starbucks is just a few feet away from this store and the cashiersthere always make a more positive impression. Best coffees I have drank till now. But they are only have locations in Buffalo. You cannot see them in other states . They are... basically canada version of Starbucks ... cheaper than Starbucks. Read more
Good alternative to Starbucks while on UB North Campus.
This Tim Horton's location usually has a lot of new staff, and though I have no complaints about the coffee, the wait time can... eventually climb up to over 30 minutes. If you're in no rush, though, this location is very convenient for UB students Read more
The usual Tim Horton's with one difference, that is UB Student staff. Feels good to be at a place with relateable... employees! That does not mean poor quality though, they're caring enough that my Mocha Latté was remade properly when theguy(probably newbie) messed it up. Speedy checkout and good quality food! They're just stingy with the sugar sachets for somereason, but you can demand more again and they'll give. Read more
