Wow what an experience, worst one I've had and I love subway! The guy didn't seem like he wanted to be there so I took on his... wrath I guess. I asked for one line of mayo, this thing is dripping. When he put the veggies on I had to ask for more cause heliterally counted them. I asked for 3 cookies and he gave me two, than didn't give me the meal deal which didn't dawn on meuntil I got back. Dipesh (The owner) is a horrendous person. I come in sometimes at night and there is only one person working despite it being... busy and as well dangerous for a girl closing by herself. The owner himself is one of the rudest people I've encountered, creepyand unprofessional. He treats his employees like they're dirt and has no respect for anyone. I feel bad for the employees whohave to deal with such a person. The store is clean and food is okay. We were in store yesterday and one of your employees refused to accept the coupon that Subway sent out because he didn't know... how to enter it into the computer why do they send out coupons if they don't accept them. They didn't say anything about NewYork State they mention other states that it wasn't valid. I like this location compared to others in the area.Staff is friendly and patient.The typical subway outlook of the store is... super clean and quiet too.Its a bit out of way from where we live yet we end up going to this location.Buffalo chicken isfavourite sub so far.ocassionally I do eat veggie ones which sfe equally good. The food was decent and the customer service was great, except for the staffing issues. The person that prepared our food did... not have anyone assisting with the register or sandwich preparation. This significantly slowed down the entire process. Theworst part about the situation was that there was another employee in the back that could have filled in temporarily to addressthe growing line.
