I truly don?t know how the baristas deal with these nasty customers. Customers acting like children because their drink didn?t... come out in within 2 minutes despite there being countless people ahead of them. We ALL want our drink, that means we have toWAIT PATIENTLY. If everyone is ordering refreshers, then your refresher is going to take longer than your partner who orderedsomething else! These reviews are ridiculous. Use your critical thinking skills before making baseless assumptions about howthey are doing their job wrong because YOU don?t understand what?s going on! Ugh sadly I must give them only 1 star. Although the girl at the register was very pleasant, she typed my order all wrong. They... were out of many ingredients so I couldn't even get what I went in for. They were extremely busy because it was a Saturdaymorning. So I waited almost a half hour for 2 iced coffees. When I received them I told one Batista that they were wrong and sheacted like I was a huge bother. She was very inattentive when asking how they were supposed to be and made them wrong again, atthat point I was very late so I took the drinks and left. I most likely won't return to this location. This location always gets my drinks spot on, never disappointed. The staff is up beat and the shop is clean.
It's a smallish Starbucks. You know what you get. But I'm always surprised by the wait time considering the number of people... working there. Almost five minutes to get a cold brew with six persons in the staff and only give customers. Still, coffee isgood. Read more
I had them remake a drink from a previous Starbucks and they somehow made it even worse. A tea latte at bucks comes with the... tea, syrup, hot water and steamed milk. I chose to get oat milk and the drink was only filled 3/4 and they forgot the hot waterwhich allows the actual tea flavor to come out so it was just off tasting hot oat milk that would have cost almost $7.
