This was the 1st time I've been to a Starbucks that I felt like was kind of blah. The drive-thru line was incredibly long and... slow when I first pulled up inside I was just going to go inside but there was a chalkboard sign outside that was not big enoughto see from the car that the lobby was closed. So it has been months since this location stop offering dine in or online ordering and instead they only have drive thru which... they usually close on different time and you can predict their hours. They should just close the location or fully open insteadof misleading people about their service hours. It?s annoying how people drive all the way up to the drive thru to find out thestore is closed. Waste of people time and lack of professionalism. Read more
This store has been more accessible during the pandemic. I used to love Starbucks. I still have my physical gold card. Whatever... has been going on with this store completely changed my mind about spending my money at Starbucks. This location is the mostconvenient to me and has the largest dining area compared to other locations here. Online ordering and in store dining has beenclosed for months. The drive through is inconvenient and slow. It offers no way of knowing what the store has in stock beforearrival. I don?t care what union shenanigans are going on, it is the job of Starbucks to keep their stores open and to keephappy customers. They should fully open that store or sell the space to a competitor. Update I made them aware the following day they said nothing and charged me for the drink I ordered I paid $6 for a white mocha... and just got an espresso shot with milk not even some whip cream. Another busy location, but like so many other Starbuck locations. I encourage you to download the app, and order ahead of time.... This app allows you to accumulate points, so you can redeem for free food items or special add ons to your coffee. Thislocation has a dining area, but I am not sure if this area is open to the public. I only come here using the drive thru window. Read more
