Ordered a bucket of thighs and drumsticks. I literally got 1 thigh and the rest tiny drumsticks and wings, they were so salty. I... got the mashed potatoes with no gravy. The Cole slaw was watery. I wished I could get my money back. Not satisfied and would notrecommend. Read more

I was in this particular KFC yesterday, July 25th, 2022 at about 4:30 p.m. and was helped by a gentleman named Ronnie. I do not... know if Ronnie was management or not, but his help was exceptional. I told him that I had been having problems trying to getexactly what I wanted in the three-piece meals, even if I was willing to pay extra. The Kentucky fried Chicken franchise onCayuga rd. near the Buffalo airport had always been exceptionally rude to me per my request when I was even willing to payextra, so I stopped patronizing them. I even called a couple of days ago to the Cayuga franchise just to double check with thecreeps at the Cayuga location, as it's nearer to my home. Whoever answered the phone at the Cayuga KFC location rudely rejectedme once again. With the closest KFC location to my home on Transit road near Maple having closed, getting KFC now has beendifficult. When Ronnie at this Bailey location asked me what I was looking to get, I said I simply wanted to get two three-piecemeals with chicken thighs only please, original recipe. He said no problem. When I asked what the extra charge would be, Ronniesaid there'd be no extra charge, as I obviously I wasn't asking for all breasts or anything like that. I just want to say thatwhen I thanked Ronnie and he said to me "Of course. We always look to please our customers." it put a real big smile on my face! WOW! To find someone like Ronnie who understands what good customer service means and how it can increase an establishmentsbusiness really impressed me! I've been retired for years, but if I still owned my restaurants, I would have wanted Ronnie to beput in a supervisory management position watching over all of them! I hope the owner of this establishment understands andappreciates Ronnie. Thank you again Ronnie! I look forward to coming back in the near future and I wish you and yours well. Read more
Spicy Chicken burgers are good. I tried Nashville chicken tenders, it was a bit oily but the taste was nice. And the popcorn... nuggets are literally waste of purchasing. I felt like some leftover chicken was mixed with flour and made nuggets(there wasmore flour than chicken)-not recommended at all. Service is good. Ambience is okay and the place is always busy so not thatclean as expected. Read more
Wow I can?t believe that chicken and especially fries which I like the most here seems so Intender almost seems like it?s was... some one order a meal and got canceled and she microwave it for me. I personally like KFC over Macdonald and burger kings or anyother chains but this branch it worst. I wanted to confront it but as I tight on schedule i left it as it is. For now on neverever to this branch and KFC I am very disappointed. Read more
Had the food for take-out during the evening. Chicken was warm and crispy, they we're generous with the sauce. Staff was... respectful. There is on-site parking, tables, and restroom. The location is a little iffy; it gets complicated depending whichway you're trying to enter the parking lot. Also exiting the parking lot may get complicated, especially during rush hour. Read more
Worst . Bad courtesy. I checked the internet before going the place and found it had Dine in . I went with kids and they were... very hungry. . We ordered food and sat in the table and waiting for the order . Firstly they said they run out of fries , wesaid fine , we don?t want it . Next when we got the food and about to eat , the person just asked us to leave . We felt veryhumiliated . How much time are we going to eat? Hardly 15 , that too my wife is a vegetarian eater .
