Cookies were delicious, but a bit pricey. Staff was nice. Great place to go if you get a sweet tooth late at night.

Don?t ever ever ever EVER try to get these cookies delivered. When they first opened it took 2-3 HOURS to get your delivery. I... thought maybe since they?ve been open for a while now, that they?ve worked out the kinks. Nope. Took 2.5 hours. I could make myown cookies from scratch and deliver them to Pennsylvania in that amount of time. I understand the world is experiencing astaffing shortage. But good grief. Don?t offer delivery if you can?t do it in a normal amount of time. Won?t be ordering fromhere ever again. Two thumbs down. Read more
Warm cookies?need I say more? Not to be mistaken for the massive cookies like Crumbl, but a good way to satisfy your sweet tooth... late at night. The double chocolate was by far my favorite. For $4 I would pass on the brownie. I think the $2 cookies are abetter value, even though the deluxe $4 ones are good. Went to pick up cookies tonight. The young lady at the counter with her air bud in needs a course in friendliness. Her swearing... under her breath that customers could hear, because people were only give part of there order. 2 stars is being modest. We waited in line forever, they were busy which is ok but they?re so expensive, $26 for 2 items? Then... we waited a while to receive our food, people who were behind us in line kept getting their orders before us. I?m convinced theyhave no rhyme or reason on how they serve anyone it seemed so dysfunctional. Talking about dysfunctional, they need to come upwith a better system on how to package the cookie+ice cream items, by the time we got back to our hotel which is 4 minutes awayaccording to GPS, my cookie which was already melted & pouring out of the holes in the bottom of the plate. Cookies were okay for 2$ a piece, not anywhere near as good as crumbl. The attitude that came from the lady at the front counter... was ridiculous. At first I thought it was just directed at the people in the back because they ran out of snickerdoodles andwere running out of m and m yet there was only one other customer there. But then she quickly used the same vulgar attitude withme and another customer so I think it?s just her. Good, but not anything special. They taste like warned up subway cookies. They have a lot of flavors which is nice, and aren?t... extremely expensive, but if you want incredible cookies, you have to try Crumbl Cookie. 10/10 so much better. Read more
