Their hours posted online says they close at 6. I showed up at 4:57 and the doors were locked.

I went here the other day and ordered a drink and sandwich. They asked if I’d like ham on my grilled cheese I said yes and... paid for the add on (whatever the additional cost I forget) but they did not add the ham like I’d paid for. Then while waitingfor my drink I watched as the lady was making my drink, grabbed her phone to take a call then scratched her hair all with thesame gloves that she was touching and making my drink with. Personally that disgusted me and needless to say I will not be goingback to this location. Read more
Just attempted to visit this location for a nice icy drink. They were closed. The hours state they are open until 6pm. It was... only 5:15. This is the second time this location has been randomly closed(doors locked, stocked with doughnuts) during businesshours. There was other people trying to get in also. Read more
Ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese on Everything bagel this morning. Tried to take my first bite and it was so rubbery I couldn’t... even make the first bite. Bagels must have been left over from the previous day. Left the employee a tip but I shouldn’t have,wasn’t super pleasant. Not wasting my time here ever again. They will be closed like all the other Dunkins in buffalo. Read more
Honestly, I love the service here. Unfortunately the reviews I see on here doesn't do justice because the employees work really... hard to keep their customers happy. I love how friendly and nice the workers are. Thank you for your service guys. I have seenmany customers take advantage of their kindness and being nasty to the employees. I ordered a large strawberry dragon fruit refresher and it was discolored and tasted like water. Never going here again.
