My food took a bit and was partially cold. The hash browns either only come with 5 or they didn't give me enough (and were... cold)... both options are less than desired. I do like Dunkin in general and everything else was as expected. Read more
Inefficient front staff. No understanding among them. The front staff doesn't even know what food items they are out of, they... just keep taking wrong orders & eventually messing it up while the people kept waiting. They were out of hash browns that weordered initially which was notified to us after waiting for about 20 mins in the store. But the gentleman preparing the foodwas nice, he prepared the rest of our order & replaced the hash browns with other available food items. Don't come if your on a break or expecting a five minute stop on way to work. Leave yourself about a 10 minute window. Customer... service needs improvement. Very off putting when your not greater and asked "what do you want" not good morning or hi how areyou or even what can I get for you. Greeting with a smile is first impression and even if wait time is longer or if they get anorder wrong a pleasant first impression can make those things easier to take and in some cases even prevent a customercomplaint. Don't go to Dunkin. Expecting to find decaf espresso which they are supposed to use for the lattes. They'll just give you a... plain iced copy and charge you for a latte. Or they just give you regular espresso even if you're sensitive to decaf. Read more
