I wish I could give it zero stars; we ordered 2 large pizzas (1 cheese and Pepperoni, 1 cheese with Pepperoni/bacon/sausage)... garlic twists, and honey barbecue chicken wings totaling $50.45. The don't deliver to my area so we had to pick it up 20mindrive one way; we get it home and both pizzas are over cooked to the point that you can't even tell it has cheese on it and Icouldn't even distinguish the difference in the meat because the bacon/sausage/Pepperoni was all burnt the same color and whenwe bit into the crust it was like chewing cardboard. My chicken wings on the other hand was severely undercooked, it taste likethey cooked frozen chicken in the microwave and threw some sauce on top to be funny! After becoming violently ill for an hour,we decided to call to get a refund for that atrocity, after wait on the phone for 10mins because the manager had to "PRAY", hevery rudely told us that if we wanted a refund we would have to drive back to the store and show him we didn't eat the pizza andthat we weren't just trying to scam free money from him because we know how you people are (my fiance and myself are a mixedrace couple). So we drove the 20mins back to the pizza place after vomiting for an hour, to give the manager his disgusting foodback and proceeds to tell us we cannot have a refund...we can just get more food! Now after dealing with the nasty burnt pizzaand raw chicken wings, we declined wanting anymore of their food and just wanted our money back. After the back and forth wenton for a while, when they check their machine to give refund...suddenly the machine can't process one because you only have 2hrsfrom the start of order to request a refund. This made us upset and we demanded our money back, then the manager starts talkingrudely to us again which made us confused, we stated that we weren't leaving without some sort of compensory arrangement, so hegets on the phone and calls the police on us and states that he knows how to get us out the st Read more

We have all been to dominos and I am not writing this specifically about Domino?s. More like my experience with the Amherst... store. The last time I was there I was disappointed in how the food turned out. Truth be told, I drove up there with a suspendedlicense. Once I brought it home and started eating I had a couple issues with portion amounts. I did not take any picturesbecause I knew I couldn?t go up there a second time. I wrote a complaint on domino?s app. The manager John contacted mepersonally, and he also applied a credit which was more than the amount I spent originally. I made staff aware that the staffthat was there when I had issues were still very courteous to me. They could have been new, or been exhausted and made honestmistake. I made sure I emphasized to management that I don?t want anybody disciplined. We all make mistakes. This store gets myrespect and return business with how John handled this. They charged me more than double than what their website said. I ordered bone-in wings, I got boneless. When I asked about the... difference in price, the guy argued with me and then refunded me only $3.00. He refused to show me the prices on their posscreen. They don?t show any prices on their order board. They did the same thing to the young man who walked in to pick up hisorder. Total bunch of rip off foreigners! Read more

The service was actually 5 stars, but someone needs to pay the man who was running the whole place himself, and any new... employees, a decent wage and maybe they'd have enough people to run it in the first place. Star loss is for the regionalmanagement or franchise owner that let this place become understaffed by not valuing their talented employees. Read more

We ordered a normal crust with extra sauce. It was thin crust and no sauce, plus rock hard you could not chew the crust. When... we called to tell them; I was rudely informed that he did put extra sauce and it was correct. He was rude and arrogant. He saidhe was the Manager. The pizza was burned as well. Do not waste your money here! I even called corporate about his horribleattitude. I have never seen such a poorly managed, rude employees dominoes in my life. We had to throw out the pizza it wasunedible. A true waste of money! We will not be back and We will be telling everyone about our horrible experience. Read more

We called 6 times from 3 different phones. No answer. We wanted delivery. Then we see the website said no delivery, but when we... got there to pick up, 1 guy was ON THE PHONE, packs up delivery food, gets in his car & drives off... But site says "NoDelivery" & they couldn't answer any of our 6 calls... Okay! Ridiculous! Philly steak & cheese pizza was amazing! Pepperoni &mushroom thin crust was too dry & too crunchy. Could've used a little more sauce & cheese. Boneless wings were good but TINY.Like small dog sized treats. I always get regular wings (my friends wanted boneless) so I don't know if this is a Dominos thingor a THIS location on this night thing. When home I order from Union location in Cheektowaga. The manager and the staff of this location are really rude. They told me my order was incorrect until they looked it up, second... the pizza pies weren?t even cut at all. I called the store and the manager was rude and kept on saying that the order I placedwas the one they made me.
