Went there on a Monday night. Sat at the bar and ordered white queso dip with chips. Queso was cold and the chips were all... broken in small pieces. Couldn?t dip any of them. Then ordered southwest chicken bowl. Horrible. It was so dry, I had to ordersome ranch dressing on the side. And the rice that came with it wasn?t even cooked. Hard as a rock. DoorDashed the neighborhood beef nachos and received this. Not even sure how that happened but yeah.
So I?m starting this review and we have only received our appetizers. Spinach artichoke dip and the dip came out lukewarm at... best and the chips some cold and soggy others seem stale and a couple seemed ok. We have now gotten our dinners and the broccolihas a taste and smell of Fish (none of our dinners have fish) the Med steak was more like that of shoe leather. The Alfredoseems ok but the breadstick seems to have been burnt and drenched in butter and garlic. The server has walked by many timeswithout even asking about the food. We had to wait 10 minutes before the hostess even came over to greet us. The hostess was extremely rude, there were only 10 ppl... seated and 17 open tables and seats. We were told it was over a half over wait. The manager gave a half a** excuse that made nosense and had an even bigger attitude. The waiters were also very rude. If there's that many open tables and half a bar emptythere shouldn't even be a wait. We didn't stay because we didn't want tainted food. I don't recommend this place go 2 miles downthe road to Delaware Ave they are EXTREMELY nice there and it's a much better atmosphere. I've had nothing but great servicefrom DELAWARE AVE APPLEBEE'S! This review is for real folks by a real folk! My wife and I had a late lunch here and got the endless wings, mozzarella sticks... and an ice tea. The sauce(buffalo and spicy buffalo) was really good but the ?wings? were more bread than chicken. Themozzarella sticks were really good especially with the marinara sauce. Read more
Omg wow. Applebee's I thought they all closed down. Since it's all gone in Canada so it was good to try it again. Worst mistake... ever!!! We were sooo disgusted by the environment. Host or whatever she is sat us done to some half booth idk... 1 look at thetable I was disgusted had to tell my kids dont touch anything because "I HAD TO WIPE DOWN THE TABLE AND THEIR CHAIRS" from theprevious people since clearly they waiters didn't. Underneath the table was filled with crumbs, fries and nasty things. I justfelt icky from the environment. Then while we were sitting the whole restaurant was just completely dirty. The carpet lookedlike it has not been vacuumed for days or even been washed tables just felt sticky. Waiters were great cant complain about them.Oh yea my water with lemon had some nasty green object floating in it. Ew... while we were eating our food the waiters were juststanding by the bar chit chatting they could of honestly cleaned the tables and make themselves look busy at least. Unfortunately not as good as it has been in the past. First of all the table was filthy. It not that it hadn't been wiped down... but the grime was unbelievable. You could take your nail and write in it which my sister did. The main meal that the three ofus ordered were all delicious. The fries on the side all came cold. We did speak with the manager who assured us that it wouldbe taken care of. I certainly hope she does. It will be interesting to find out. Read more
All I can say is just DONT go to this place. Absolute worst experience ever. After waiting over 10 minutes for someone to come... take our drink order I decided to order our food at that time as well. 5 minutes later we received our drinks mind you theserver did spill the drinks on our table as if the table wasn?t sticky enough!!!!!! After another 20 minutes still no appetizer.The table behind was served even though they arrived at least 10-15 minutes after us. Server walked by and said our meal wascoming another 10 minutes goes by and nothing. I only have so much patience through $5 on table for our nasty tasting Pepsi andwalked out. Such BS!!!! Read more
