Authentic and dependable and the staff is wonderful especially the maitre d - an intelligent, warm, friendly, beautiful woman... wise beyond her years. Worth the visit all by herself - the great food being a bonus. My daughter lived in China for four monthsand said this was the most authentic Chinese she has had in the US - not hard to believe. The place is a little run-down but what it lacks for ambiance it makes it up with great and tasty dishes. Just called in and ordered Taste Place and they told me that they could make the order but didn?t have any rice. I asked if they... would have it later and they said ?nah?. Then I asked if they would take some money off since they didn?t have it and I wouldhave to buy it somewhere else then all they said was ?nah? again. Then I asked if they had any substitute and all they said waslike we have noodles and potstickers and such but I have to pay extra. I love their food but pretty disappointed with thecustomer service there. I don?t believe this is the right way to respond your customer when you could only fulfill a partialorder and not finding a way to make it better. Read more
