I was extremely pleased with my experience here???? I was also super impressed with the camaraderie between staff members! The... team was clearly busy with drive through orders but still took the time to help my diabetic father find a Christmas themed drinkthat was safe for him. While waiting for our drinks, I overheard the staff congratulating each other on jobs well done andgiving polite assistance with getting window times down a little lower. I wound up making a second purchase just to ensure theteam was properly tipped. Even when I forgot my muffin, a kind young lady ran out to our vehicle just to make sure we got it. My favorite coffee place in ames. I come here all the time. It's a great place to study. Staff are friendly. Coffee is great and... they always change up what they brew unlike some other coffee shops. Some say they are pricey but the portions are also muchlarger compared to other places like Starbucks so I find it worth it. I'm still waiting for people to hop off the Starbuckstrend...I personally think it's overrated. Read more
