There is a gentleman who works there that is super funny and great to talk to. I never caught his name, but whenever I go in, we... tell jokes and laugh. He always makes my day. I actually go out of my way to this JJ just for the laughter and how they make mysandwich perfectly. Read more

Staff was friendly and food was good but they had the temp set cold enough to hang meat. Had to wear coat, hat and gloves to... eat the sandwich. Had to go outside to warm up. 32° outside. Read more

Placed an order for pick up. Drove 10 minutes from the office to pick up, 10 minutes back. Sandwiches have no meat. Call and... told it was likely a mistake and to bring the receipt and they will remake. No big deal - mistakes happen. At this point I'mnot that upset and throw the sandwiches in the trash and head 10 minutes back to the store. Staff recognizes me as I was justthere 20 minutes ago and ask to see the sandwiches. I explain that I just drove from the office and was not told on the phoneto bring sandwiches in and offered the pictures that I had taken as an alternative. The staff refuses this alternative and willnot do anything unless I bring the sandwiches back. I should have just contacted the credit card company and done a stop chargeat this point but out of principle I drive 10 minutes back to the office, grab the sandwiches out of the trash, 10 minutes backto the store and hand them the sandwiches. After they do their forensic science on the sandwiches and determine I am, in fact, not lying, they agree to remake my sandwiches. I am 45+ minutes into the fiasco at this point. Angry and needing to get back towork, I just take the remade sandwiches and finish with it. Food and taste was what you would expect out of Jimmy Johnsanyway. TLDR: Only order in store if you have time. If they mess up your order, it may not be fixed easily or at all. Read more

I've ordered from this location quite a bit, but today will be my last. Whenever you order on Doordash, you're never told when... the delivery is completed (this is only a problem with this store). Today was the 5th time I've been given an incorrect order. Anumber 1 is one of the most simple sandwiches to make, and mine randomly came with onions on it. Take notes from Chick-Fil-A;they give you what you ask for. Read more

I'm giving this two stars because of the good experiences I've had at this store. Correct orders, polite staff, etc. I'm not... giving it the full five because of my experience tonight. My fiance ordered us dinner, took my order, put the modifications onthe sandwiches correctly, paid, said it went through, etc. I went and picked up the order and brought it back to my fiance, andI found that my order was made incorrectly. I requested no tomato, no mayo, and with cheese. I got exactly the opposite: tomato, mayo, and no cheese. OK fine, whatever. I've worked in customer service and food, and I've messed up people's orders. Ithappens. It's a minor thing. I called the store and explained that I got my sandwich made incorrectly, and the gentleman on theother end looked at the order and blamed us/my fiance. Instead of trying to remedy the situation, the gentleman persisted torepeat that "That;s not what I have here." I eventually just hung up because it was clear this employee was not interested inremedying the situation or making things right. Honestly, he's probably not getting paid enough to deliver excellent customerservice. I get that. But making the order correctly and correcting a problem a customer has is a bare minimum expectations of acustomer service job. This isn't an employee who deserves to be fired. I think he deserves the opportunity to improve his workethic. Read more

Worst JJ?s experience by far. Drive through pick up with my family on our way out of town. After arriving home 20 minutes later... open my sandwich to a burnt French bread. Called and all they offered was a free credit for another sandwich at this locationonly. Lesson learned Don?t leave the drive through without checking the integrity of the crew working. Read more
