Last time there waited in the Drive - thru for 45 mins for my food...smh.
It's a franchise like any other. And just like any other business, the employees will either make or break the experience. I'm... torn. The food was fresh and hot ( mainly due to the long line and equally long wait time) and the lovely lady at the window wasa ray of sunshine but they constantly run out of condiments, napkins and I didn't get my drink.
